Responsibilities

•Primarily, manage and direct post award contract management ensuring:
•all approvals are planned, monitored and maintained current
•contract compliance is tracked and, where gaps exist, closure plans developed and implemented
•contract risks are identified proactively with appropriate mitigation plans developed and implemented
•contract changes are recorded, evaluated and concluded in accordance with contract provisions, and internal change management protocols
•contract claims are registered, mitigation strategies developed, and counter claims constructed
•contract communications are created, issued, recorded and stored
•Where pre-award contract demand exists
•develop contracting strategies by leading cross functional teams through Husky’s strategic sourcing process.
•manage the evaluation of all bids against pre-defined criteria including management of cross functional stakeholder groups
•ensure award recommendations are prepared and approved as per internal requirements, including joint venture, partner and regulatory approvals.
•Ensure that CNL benefits are adhered to in all sourcing activity including post award contract management

REQUIREMENTS

•Undergraduate Degree in a Technical or Business discipline
•15 years of experience multi million contracts (?$500MM). Multi forms of contract and compensation models.
•5+ years of experience within major oil/gas platform development projects
•Professional Supply Chain certification (SCMP, CSCP, CPM. CPSM)
•10+ years of experience in offshore oil and gas

Responsibilities

•Assist in developing and administering contracts and procurement compliance plans and procedures
•Within the specific project area, support the SCM Lead and scope procurement Leads, as required in strategy development and contract management; provide commercial advice to scope owners during project execution
•Support project procurement on governance practices to ensure that payments and changes to contracts and procurement agreements are applied, regularly administered, documented, and proactively communicated by all members in the commercial team
•Support project procurement to ensure commercial activities are complete in accordance with establish terms and conditions, while minimizing risk in accordance with Legal, Risk Management, SHE, QA/WC considerations
•Interface with project controls on cost, performance, progress assessment, payment, reporting, trends, claims, disputes and change orders
•Create and maintain contract sin SAP & the Contract Management System
•Support the development of decision summary documentation and execution
•Provide support to creation of project related requisitions
•Work with the Business Unit contract owners to drive performance and compliance of contracts

REQUIREMENTS

•2 or more years of experience supporting a mega-project within Oil & Gas, Construction, or Fabrication
•Enterprise SAP software experience
•Intermediate or high skills within Microsoft Office
•Experience supporting cross function teams
•Tender and market test
•Negotiation and contract award
•Post award contract management/administration
•Reposting SCM information
•Formal project management training
•PM certification such as CCP, PSCP, CPM, or CPSM

Responsibilities

•Leads development of execution planning effort including coordination of Front-End Execution Planning activities by:
•Ensure audits of Contractors, Suppliers and Project Team (PT) are scheduled and conducted; lead PT audits and participate in Contractor audits as appropriate
•Leveraging cross-functional input via Front End Execution Planning (FEEP) workshops to identify execution issues at key Select and Define Stage milestones
•Defining and implementing specific work programs focused on developing mitigation plans and delineating execution basic elements to confirm feasibility
•Monitors project status/issues and supports project team as required during Execute Stage
•Considered as execution and execution planning Subject Matter Expert
•Responsible for quality of work products produced as part of the FEEP process
•Responsible for monitoring and reporting status and progress of the FEEP work effort to stakeholders
•Responsible for obtaining functional and project management agreement on specified project deliverables
•Monitors project status/issues during the Execute stage and supports the project team with execution related activities as required (schedule recovery planning, incentive plans, Cold Eye Reviews, etc.)
•As Subject Matter Expert (SME), advises others in execution and execution planning of projects at various Gate stages including:
•Participation in project reviews and assessments (e.g. PEBRAs (Project Economic and Risk Assessment), IPRs, Concept Selection)
•Overall responsibilities on key work processes (e.g. EMCAPS (ExxonMobil Capital Project Management System) work process as assigned)
•Mentors new engineers (e.g. transferees, new hires, etc.) assigned to Execution Planning and other experienced hires assigned projects they lead
•Participates in development of work tasks and assignments required for campus hires to meet ECM’s

REQUIREMENTS

•BS or MS in Engineering preferred
•15-20 years’ experience in oil and gas industry
•10+ years’ experience in a variety of project management and execution positions
•Prior experience includes leadership roles in managing capital projects, experience in all phases of project execution, and international assignments.
•Flexibility for international business travel as required

•The Cost/Schedule/Controls Engineer will perform or coordinate effort for cost estimate preparation, estimating oversight and quality assurance reviews for Company operated and Other Builder Operator estimates for all Gate and Funding milestones.
•Prepare Check Estimates and Schedules to compare with Operated by Others (OBO) Operator-prepared submittals. Also, this person will participate in estimate / Schedule assessments (verification of project cost & schedule bases). Lastly, they are expected to participate in Estimating Group process efficiency tools and quality assurance review process improvements.
•Responsible for maintaining change control, cost reports, etc.
•Work with project estimator, planner and scheduler and Client’s accounting staff

Responsibilities

•Ensure Contractors work in accordance with contract terms and conditions. Ensure timely placement of Purchase Orders that support contract services for production work in compliance with corporate controls and best practices.
•Track progress, and support Supervisors with coordinating Contractor’s compliance regarding company systems and controls. Oversee the administration and performance of service contracts. Ensure contract payments are executed accurately and anomalies are identified.
•Ensure payments are made to Contractors in accordance with requirements of Company agreements held with Contracts in a timely manner.
•Advise on contract risks and support the stewardship of gap closure and opportunities for improvement, assisting with prioritization where required.
•Participate in pre-qualification and contractor selection
•Liaise with Procurement to ensure required Contract Documents are in place
•Participate in contract handover between Procurement and Business Line
•Initiate and Facilitate contract kick-off meeting with Contractor
•Communicate with Contractor to develop a joint Interface Management Plan

REQUIREMENTS

•10+ years’ experience with Contract administration, with service-contractor environments preferred.
•Experience within a large corporation or complex organizational setting.
•Experience and confidence working in field or industrial environments, including remote locations.
•Experience working with developing businesses, and also Landowner Companies (LANCO’s).
•Experience in engaging with contractors, in a developing country environment.

•Extensive experience in weight control management and layouts in offshore projects
•Perform weight control applicable to the disciplines, in accordance with the regulations and offshore customer specifications.
•Knowledge of major systems and discipline components involving Process, Piping, Structural, Electrical, HVAC, Architectural.
•Anticipate changes in weight and centre of gravity on the project and offer solutions when problems arise in collaboration with the disciplines.
•Perform analysis of weight and centre of gravity of the projects.
•Experienced in Weight Management lifecycle including projects at Concept stage through Detail designs.
•Experience with actual Weighing operations in the yard/ field.
•Familiar with industry trends on offshore Fabrication, Transportation, Installation and integration.
•Completion of a Bachelor of Engineering Degree
•15+ years experience is required
