REQUIREMENTS

Requirements

Responsibilities

•Assemble all supporting documents, drawing and procedures for work scope execution.
•Create material masters for new materials.
•Populate SAP work order with activities, resources and materials.

•Work with others to improve maintenance programs.
•Provide feedback to improve effectiveness of maintenance strategies and tactics.
•Perform warehouse verification of materials/tooling.
•Integrate maintenance outputs from asset strategies to requirements of Maintenance, Operations and material logistics.
•Creation of preventive maintenance (PM’s) programs to ensure comprehensive work order generation.
•Proactive forecasting, data analysis, and quality control methods.
•Determine master data requirements, including materials, BOMs, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

•Certification/Diploma in Mechanical Technology, Hydraulics, Pipefitting, Journeyperson Millwright.
•Experience with an offshore oil and gas environment. Minimum 5 years’ experience.
•Experience planning work activities within a computerized maintenance software system.
•Experience working with P&IDs, Isometrics, and Control Drawings (hydraulics).
•Experience with Hazardous Area Environments, Equipment Certifications and common installation practices.
•Experience with MS Office and SAP would be an asset.
•Strong working knowledge of mining/oil & gas / industrial process systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

•Participate in project meetings, risk assessments, readiness reviews and technical sessions with installation contractor, and subcontractors (where applicable)
•Participate in the development and review of pre-mobilization, mobilization and demobilization procedures
•Active involvement in the capture, management and closure of opportunities and risks pertaining to subsea project (SSP) from planning through to execution and project closeout
•Ensure incorporation of industry best practices, particularly with respect to equipment/materials logistics and mobilization/demobilization procedure development, with the aim of reducing risk/cost and improving performance while working within approved budgets and schedules
•Work collaboratively with other personnel and SSP team members
•Attend safety meetings and job safety analysis (JSAs)
•Ability and willingness for periodic travel to third party sites in support of project delivery and to act as a Client Representative.

REQUIREMENTS

•Minimum five (5) years’ relevant experience in the petro-chemical / oil and gas business with preferred experience in subsea construction projects
•Demonstrated experiences as a client representative at project marine base(s) during subsea construction project(s) particularly pertaining to equipment/materials movement and vessel mobilizations
•Sound knowledge and experience with material and equipment logistics inclusive of loading, offloading, handling, packing, shipping and quality control would be considered an asset.
•Demonstrated experience with adhering to industry standard project delivery models and associated project management systems such as EH&S, cost control, planning, quality, document control and management of change.

REQUIREMENTS

•Must have 8+ years of team leadership experience delivering consistent results on diverse projects varying in size, scope, and complexity
•Familiarity with Enablon, SAP, and Completions Management System – Hexagon Smart Completions would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

•Assist yard personnel with constructability reviews,
•Responsible for acting as a Suncor discipline specialist for all structural specific activities,
•Provide direct onsite support to the Suncor Leads as required to provide technical advice and resolve technical issues in the field,
•Proactively identify, address, and resolve issues/problems during construction,
•Responsible for driving the Site Query process and support the Suncor engineering team to ensure queries are answered in a timely manner,
•Propose solutions to technical issues/site queries as required,
•Responsible for performing walk downs of completed work scopes up to Mechanical Completion; and Document, categorize, and close out punch list items and drive closure of technical issues.

REQUIREMENTS

•10+ years construction experience in oil and gas industry.
•Detailed knowledge of Terra Nova FPSO systems and equipment would be an asset.
•Hands on structural and marine construction knowledge.
•Ability to monitor progress and support management of change orders to ensure project is delivered on time and on budget.
•Ability to work independently in an environment where priorities change.

Responsibilities

•Effective communication with the offshore and onshore teams troubleshooting processing and flow assurance issues; documentation of appropriate procedures and work instructions; managing/executing flow assurance and process engineering scopes related to production impacts; collaborating with other departments such as subsea operations, engineering, subsurface, developments and production engineering from a flow assurance and process engineering perspective.
•Provide technical support and monitoring of the Online Subsea Advisor providing subsea leak detection capabilities and hydrate monitoring to the offshore team.
•Support System discipline responsible engineers from a production process, flow assurance, and production chemistry perspective to ensure safe, optimized, and efficient operations from subsea through to topsides processing and gas handling.
•Participate in risk reviews such as ANRAS, NOPRAS, HAZOPs, and PHAs from a production process, flow assurance, and production chemistry risk perspective.
•Technical management of subsea and topsides models (OLGA and HYSYS) and PVT fluid files in collaboration with Flow Assurance
•Technical management of Production Chemistry Management Philosophies (hydrate, wax, scale, etc.) and the Chemical Injection Management Philosophy

REQUIREMENTS

•5+ years related experience in oil/petrochemical industry (background in multiphase flow and production chemistry)
•Knowledge of subsea facilities and well operations, including interventions, completions, and workovers.
•Thorough understanding of all production equipment and systems on an offshore installation
•Understanding of reservoir behaviors, conditions and limitations

Responsibilities

•Participate in the planning and execution of offshore exploration programs for (Drilling, Environmental Surveys, well site survey, support)
•Responsible for SSHE and regulatory deliverables including but not limited to preparation of documentation, regulatory reports, SSHE plans and metrics for offshore programs
•Responsible for developing a regulatory compliance program, including oversight of periodic offshore verification that all conditions are being met
•Establish and coordinate SSHE programs and inspection programs, including offshore Contractor Safety Management Systems
•Provide expert SSHE knowledge and facilitate process for obtaining Operations Authorizations or other regulatory authorizations as applicable
•Provide supervisory oversight to SSHE exploration team including technical and strategic guidance (if applicable)
•Provide backfill support for Regulatory Affairs and Public Policy Supervisor as requested
•Responsible for regulatory documentation closeout following rig demobilization

REQUIREMENTS

•Advanced knowledge of safety, health & environment procedures regulatory requirements for exploration and offshore operations
•Advanced knowledge of Environmental Assessments requirements, Impact Assessment Agency of Canada and Canadian offshore regulations
•Ability to travel offshore (valid CAPP medical certificate and Basic Survival Training) preferred
•Prior experience in execution of SSHE Exploration programs required
•Minimum 10-20 years’ experience in oil and gas; preferably in exploration and rig intake processes

Responsibilities

•Coordinate the development of emergency response plans, ensure alignment and integration of those plans with corporate policies, and ensure the needs of other key stakeholders are met,
•Develop, implement, support and instruct management and staff in emergency management techniques, including organization and facilitation of training and exercises,
•Maintain emergency response centre and team readiness,
•Support the provision and maintenance of offshore oil spill response equipment, including the management of response contractors,
•Stay engaged in current and emerging regulatory compliance issues, industry standards, and best practices relating to emergency response and oil spill equipment and preparedness.

REQUIREMENTS

•Completion of a bachelor’s degree in Environmental or Marine Sciences or equivalent,
•Five years of related experience in emergency management and oil spill response in the offshore oil and gas industry,
•Completion of the Marine Spills Response Operations Course (MSROC) or equivalent,
•An understanding of the Incident Command System (ICS) emergency response structure, including completion of ICS 100 and 200 at a minimum.
•Knowledge of offshore oil spill planning and response, including equipment deployment and strategies (e.g., mechanical containment and recovery, spill treating agents, etc.),
•Knowledge of the techniques associated with the cleaning and rehabilitation of oiled seabirds,
•Ability to complete technical evaluations of best management practices and technologies for oil spill response and make recommendations for implementation,
•Knowledge of critical incident stress management, emergency notifications and crisis communication,
•Excellent presentation, written communication, group facilitation and training skills,
•Knowledge of corporate and regulatory reporting requirements.
