Responsibilities:
• Preparing and updating inspection strategies, component criticality assessment, inspection plans and work packs
• Reviewing, analyzing, and endorsing technical submissions from 3rd party and modifications contractors
• Reviewing inspection reports for anomalies, completing risk assessments, and identifying mitigations
• Completing conceptual and detail engineering design for development and repair schemes
• Performing detailed analysis to understand the behaviour of complex details in as-design, damaged and post-repair conditions, including stress analysis, fatigue, and fracture assessments
• Providing technical support to client regarding performance envelope of assets, design basis, design code compliance, external loading, or integrity of the routing
• Preparing Integrity Management System documents and procedures, Performance Standards and Safety Case input including PIMS documentation and DFI dossiers
• Liaising with other disciplines through work development, investigating, advising, and making recommendations based on problems identified during assessment, including failure mechanism identification and technical input to risk assessments and risk-based inspection assessments.

REQUIREMENTS

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering in a related field with experience in a brownfield industrial environment.
• Current registration with PEGNL as either a P.Eng or E.I.T
• Thorough experience in Corrosion Engineering techniques, including but not limited to material degradation assessment, failure mechanism identification, fitness for service assessment and familiarity with non-intrusive inspection techniques
• Solid understanding of industry standards and regulations
• Familiarity with QA/QC practices
• Ability to complete all mandatory safety training and meet qualifications required for work at various sites, including offshore sites

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership for personnel and process safety, risk, Operations Integrity Management System (OIMS), security, health, environmental, regulatory, and emergency response/preparedness programs and overall awareness within applicable site/unit/project
• Ensure that the SSHE group is adequately staffed with appropriate skill sets to provide quality SSHE resources and services to site/unit/project

• Provide expert SSHE knowledge and facilitate process for obtaining Operations Authorizations or other regulatory Authorizations as applicable with a strong focus on Environmental requirements
• Responsible for Environmental Assessment preparation and planning for offshore exploration program

REQUIREMENTS

• Advanced knowledge and experience in Environmental Assessments requirements, Impact Assessment Agency of Canada and Canadian offshore regulations
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required
• Functional Skills: emergency preparedness and response, incident investigation and analysis, operations integrity and compliance assessment, OIMS execution support, risk assessment and management, safety management, safety regulations and standards, fundamentals of health, fundamentals of security, environmental business planning, environmental standards, regulation development and advocacy, regulatory compliance and permitting.
• Prior experience in execution of SSHE Exploration programs required
• Demonstrated ability to develop successful internal and external working relationships with emphasis on interfacing in a team environment

Responsibilities:
• Under strict supervision, performs maintenance and inspection on down-hole tool electronics and other equipment used in the application for down-hole tools, including Directional and/or M/LWD sensors.
• Areas of specialization may include Electronics aptitude, computer skills, assembly and disassembly of tools associated with PSL equipment, or Measure while drilling and/or Logging While Drilling down-hole tools. May perform assembly/disassembly, maintenance, or calibration of down-hole tools.
• Perform Shipping & Receiving of MWD tool
• Manage MWD assets
• Provide service to our customer (Ex: fulfilling tool Request)
• Must be able to follow both HSE & SQ process and procedure
• Service and cleaning of incoming tools
• Perform daily maintenance equipment check (overhead crane, forklift, etc.)
• Operate overhead crane and forklift

REQUIREMENTS

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates degree and any previous relevant experience is preferred.
• Overhead crane experience is an asset
• Basic hand tools use (Ex. Chain Tong, Multimeter, power supply, torque wrench, etc)

Responsibilities:
• Represents the company on a rig site to support the safe and efficient execution of well plans. Is the primary contact for rig and third-party personnel to ensure logistics for personnel, equipment and services are appropriately organized and managed.
• Responsible for communicating expectations regarding safety, security, health, and environment; provides guidance and supports managing Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE) events
• Responsible for communicating Operations Integrity Management Systems (Operations Integrity Management System (OIMS)) expectations on the rig site
• Monitors rig operations to provide feedback and input to the rig contractor to ensure well control procedures are properly followed and emergency situations are appropriately managed
• Responsible for ensuring that safety, operational, environmental, security and other drills are conducted on site at specified frequencies

• Orders and organizes logistics for services and equipment necessary to conduct drilling and completion operations efficiently

• Responsible for generation of accurate and adequate operations reports
• Interfaces with engineering and geology to ensure understanding of well objectives and procedural requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in rig supervisory or rig leadership roles for drilling and completion operations

•Coordinate the development of emergency response plans, ensure alignment and integration of those plans with corporate policies, and ensure the needs of other key stakeholders are met,
•Develop, implement, support and instruct management and staff in emergency management techniques, including organization and facilitation of training and exercises,
•Maintain emergency response centre and team readiness,
•Support the provision and maintenance of offshore oil spill response equipment, including the management of response contractors,
•Stay engaged in current and emerging regulatory compliance issues, industry standards, and best practices relating to emergency response and oil spill equipment and preparedness.

REQUIREMENTS

•Completion of a bachelor’s degree in Environmental or Marine Sciences or equivalent,
•Five years of related experience in emergency management and oil spill response in the offshore oil and gas industry,
•Completion of the Marine Spills Response Operations Course (MSROC) or equivalent,
•An understanding of the Incident Command System (ICS) emergency response structure, including completion of ICS 100 and 200 at a minimum.
•Knowledge of offshore oil spill planning and response, including equipment deployment and strategies (e.g., mechanical containment and recovery, spill treating agents, etc.),
•Knowledge of the techniques associated with the cleaning and rehabilitation of oiled seabirds,
•Ability to complete technical evaluations of best management practices and technologies for oil spill response and make recommendations for implementation,
•Knowledge of critical incident stress management, emergency notifications and crisis communication,
•Excellent presentation, written communication, group facilitation and training skills,
•Knowledge of corporate and regulatory reporting requirements.
