• Liaising with engineering and Information Systems (IS) to ensure the correct set up of all operational systems on board (PTW, ER, CCR, ICSS).
• Focal point for all project related queries requiring production operations input.
• Coordinating operations involvement with project related activities (eg. commissioning).
• Production Operations Procedures development for WWRP and revising SeaRose procedures as applicable.
• Progress all ORA catalogue related items to completion within expected delivery dates.
• Set up interface meetings with onshore SeaRose production operations staff.
• Review, revise and provide progress updates for assigned Production Operations & ORA work scopes.
• Technical diploma or industry certification.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in oil/petrochemical industry.
• 12+ years’ In-depth knowledge of offshore operations/oil and gas industry.
• Brings expertise knowledge of all production equipment and systems on an offshore installation.
• Has in-depth knowledge of reservoir behaviors, conditions, and operational limitations.
• Knowledge of subsea assets and operation.
• Proven planning and cost control awareness.
• Proven experience of working collaboratively within a team environment
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills
• Exceptional analytical skills to identify key issues based on relevant data and provide appropriate solutions/recommendations
• Excellent organizational and planning skills to set and exceed established goals, schedules, and deadlines.

Responsibilities:
– Carry out the day-to-day commissioning execution activities on all assigned projects in a safe and efficient manner.
– Supports the Process Coordinator with development of the CSU Execution Plan, schedule and resourcing requirements necessary to complete all required process related activities.
– Facilitate safe isolation of project scope, support daily permitting for commissioning contractors, support the delivery of Operations deliverables and execute all planned process related commissioning activities.
– Oversees all 3rd party commissioning activities including coordinating and prioritizing commissioning contractor and vendor scope as necessary to maintain and achieve commissioning and start up milestones.
– Provide troubleshooting and parts sourcing support for vendors and contractors as required to eliminate schedule delays and roadblocks.
– Ensure ongoing turnover walkdown support and execution alignment with the construction team for the successful deliver of project scope.
– 3rd Class Power Engineering Certification
– H2S Alive, First Aid, CPR, Fall Protection, Class 5 drivers license, WHMIS
– Experience and knowledge in commissioning and start-up activities Construction/Turnaround Experience
– 5 years Oil and Gas Industry
– 5 years Operations Experience
– Well-developed computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Adobe, MS Projects, SAP)
– Familiarity in reading Piping and Instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), Process Flow diagrams (PFDs), logic narratives, Shut Down (S/D) keys Strong Troubleshooting Skills with an ability to effectively problem solve
– 2nd Class Power Engineering Certification Project Management Certificate Leadership Training Instrumentation and Controls Journeyman or Technologist, Electrician, or Industrial Mechanic.
– Familiar with government regulations
– Familiar with corporate policies and procedures Have lead multi-discipline teams
